You might want to cut that fork down a tad so you don't have too many spacers. And maybe invest into a single speed kit so you don't have that haggard cassette.

im cutting the fork down once i get my new bars (3" rise) and new stem. And im waiting for my new ss hub (red hope pro 2) to get in. As for other parts, im just waiting for my red macneil seat

get a proper rear cog, maybe a set of bmx cranks and a set of steel bars, 31.8 and rigid forks feel a little harsh.
24" are better but putting them on a bike like this would be stupid, youd be pedal grinding all day long.
