Dumb question: is 15mm a standard sizing? I've seen 20's and smaller QR sizes. Who makes 15's thru axle designs?

Only Shimano is making 15mm through axles so far, but I'm sure compaines like DT Swiss and Chris King will jump on the boat soon enough.
