Ben Ried has GOT to be one of the most under-rated riders out there, not so much in wins, but in style.

its standard in the uk (and some other countries)...if you think about how the controls on a motorbike are laid out (front brake on the right, clutch on the left) it kinda makes sense.

wtf since a few weeks pink bike sux on there pods i mean we use to have some dudes doing bacflip tsunami and now since a week or two the best trick i think was bar spin wtf common guys
yeah it's getting better isn't it - i'm bored of sketchy little dirtjumpers trying to imitate bmx style and flow and failing MISERABLY, this pod is getting back to true mountainbiking not simply what the current trend is being forced on you via marketing.

its a guy going round a corner , look at the tree's , now tilt your head to the same angle , nothing special.
hes not leaning really low. if you look at all the trees you can tell that the picture is just tilted.
The photo is on a 45 degree angle to make it look crazier. Trees don't grow out of the ground at 45 degrees. Okay pic but nothing special.

Seriously people!!! This is Not a POD!!!! Have a look at previous POD's in the last week or two, and they are all the same. Honestly they need to put a picture up that isnt someone riding down a hill, or around a birm...i would Preferably like to see a backflip or something along the lines of a " good " trick

first off, i agree with most, berms are sic, but everyone is starting to hate them because they are overdone, which is a shame, because there shouldn't be anything that we start to hate..second, why the hate between DJ/DH and bmx, very unnecessary...third, i am an amatuer photograhper myself, but you don't need to be to realize that he really is that low, there seems to be one little tree, the one that he looks like hes gunna tag, that is the only one that looks out of place, even if you look at it tilted, all the other trees grow out at angles, even on mountains, trees don't grow 90degrees to the ground, so its not taken at an angle, he's just give'n 'er

the pic/camera has been tilted, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing...as this photo proves. looks nice and is a well deserved pod.
as for the "hate" between dj/dh/bmx etc, i would worry too much, it's only a few kids who, by there exclusion of all other riding do get very good at what they do, and in turn usually end up trying other types of riding as they meet more riders and their experience increases.

and as for there being to many berm shots, i went back 4 pages and only counted 10 shots that were of someone going around a corner or railin a berm, thats not a whole lot of pics

A bit overexposed, thats why colors are pale... However, the comments above sugesting that it has to be backflips and other crazy tricks to be POS is way wrong. Its called PICTURE of the day so as long as the quality of the photo is good i'm happy even if the dude that's picking pods has useless fantasy and only picking bermshots...
damm! what is everyones problem with these dh pinning shots, if you love to ride a bike then it shouldnt really matter what the pic is, any pic of riding gets me stoked to go out and ride whether its dj, street or freeride. PODs are all about sharing the stoke to go ride

people need to realize that some places have tree-like shrubs that grow FAAAR from vertical! look at the bush in the foreground, and then look at it tweaked like many retards have said, when you look at it tweaked- the bush is just hanging there from nothing...
trees can only be used to verify the angle of a shot when the trees themselves are hardwood trees that actually grow vertically, not short scrub-like trees that grow every which way
