28 in the front and im not sure about the rear, 12 or 14 i think.

thats impossible becaus of the rear suspension the chain would have to much tension on it when the suspension goes in and it would snap (or yuor suspension would suck at working properly)

No, You'd just have to use a tensioner... you could still adjust the wheelbase, which would be good.
