I think it's out now. Tomac didn't go out of business. You are thinking of the old Tomac brand put out by American Bicycle Group. ABG sold the Tomac name to the current owners in 2006, it is a completely new company with only the name the same. Go to the site and you can email the owner, he is super nice and can give you any info you need.
