Hmm...i don't want to be ignorant but why is this pod? i mean...it's good but i guess it's not the picture quality that matters...is there something special about the berm or tha track? I'm really asking...never been there... Or is the person just a good friend of yours.
It's pod because it's a very nice picture. There's no set criteria for what makes a POD, it's just a case of what stands out at the time. The PB team do a good job of trying to provide a variation of scenarios...location/trick/race/originality/composition etc etc. Not all POD's will please everyone but thats the luck of the draw.

Look at his fork, it is nearly bottomed uot. otherwise, nice action shot, but not the greatest POD yet.
Hey i'm the shooter. I will be at the rat race this weekend at Gibson and the 2 races in mission, and the DH race in kamloops. IF you are in those races and i get a decent shot of you its yours. OH ya this would not have been my first pic for a pod neither. This would have.

i want to know what happend to the epic POD's? you know, the ones with creative jumps, transitions, drops, ect? not just random cool pictures. POD's are awsome pictures, not just cool pictures!
it's a conspiracy, you're right to be concerned. It's almost as if the people who pick the PODs have a taste different to yours, but that's a concept far too radical for this comment section.
its not a whole bike, hes just running down the hill holding the front end...hmmm the conspiracy grows lol
