its the limited edition test bike, the bike that they give to the shops to loan out and test ride, and all the test bikes are special colors and you cant order them only so many are made, which makes it the limited edition frame

frame protector, i took that all off now when i cleaned it up to be sold, its just thick plastic protector stuff so u dont get scratches, then u just heat it with a blow dryer and pull it off where ur all done and shabam perfect frame
