It's called a fisheye lens. Unless you wrote a program to linearize the photo, there is NO WAY that you can tell if it's bending. And it would bend the other way if it was doing so (unless he threw on the front brake which he doesn't have). The reactive force to the impact is normal to the surface he is landing on...
Well put, another addition.... His front wheel is still completely unweighted, due to the fact you land rear tire first back-flipping.
