Black and white filter layer and then adjusted it to give that infrared look. Then simply selected the mask on the filter and used the brush tool to add colour back into the parts I wanted.

i like the IR B&W treatment, however, im not sure if the bg would look better inverted, meh, im not sure.

shame on you david. you know you shouldn't sell yourself out to silly photoshop techniques like selective desaturation.
if its raining out, grab and umbrella-ella-ay-ay and take pics of stilly stuff around town, or drive around down and shoot from inside your kar

haha i do what i can, its been raining out here and i prolly would have done the same thing if i didn't have exams and stuff to learn up for. hope you know i'm just messin cause i know (atleast i think i know) that you don't really see that as photography as much as a time filler.

i think i can say this with a clean concience, but its one of the better ones of selective desat that i've seen. the trees look like infrared photography, thats cool
