Whats the tube of green stuff, the white cloth, and the black plastic stuff in the bag?

the wight thing is the instructions, the green tube is the touch up paint, and the black stuff in the bag is the brake mounts and axle possitioners, and the frame has a lot more pop, my camera just sucks
