why is there a tensionor on the bike it doesnt need one it has vertical dropouts

wtf if i has vertical drop outs u need a tensinor(or however u spell it)cause u cant slide the wheel back if it hade horizontal then u dont need a tensinor

It dosnt have the chain tentioner anymore but at the time of this pic the fron cog was smaller and the chain was to tight so i got a diffrent cog in order for it to work

on the santa crus website it says the opposite.. it says its big beefy and heavely built, i thought it was heavy,i dont know but on the plus side, it is one of the coolest hardtails ive seen
