our town has ridic graphitti bylaws, anyone who gets caught even with just a open can of spraypaint in there hand in public will get pwned with fines, i believe they past a law saying that they can charge up to half the cost of cleaning all the graffiti from the whole town and there are a lot of rats in our town too
