ok im sorry if you guys dont agree with this but i think it is clear that there is somone on the other side of the berm making that dirt fly up because the dirt if flying at him from the side not off the back or front tire you can clearly see 2 diferent colours the light dust comming off his back tire and the dark dirt flying up
blooddog, how do you explain how the dirt in the air is the same curve as the berm? why are some people so skeptical? lighten up.

lets think, DUST is from top layer, loose dirt... so its thin... which means 1. light shining through it is gonna make it appear light and 2. its not moist, so its the same color as the top layer of dirt everywhere else...
the dirt in the ROOST is moist dirt from UNDER the top level... so its thick... which means 1. light wont shine through it so easily and 2. its moist, so its darker than the dirt on the top...
it would help to look at the picture and use just the slightest bit of logic...

the rider is pro his names adam brayton rides for playbiker iron horse!!! he is the guy in the kewisck section on earthed 5 and he has far more style than anyone leaving shit comments on this pic infact he probably has far more style than anyone on pinkbike!!!!!!
If any of you guys have actually seen Adam Brayton ride then you will understand why his mate would say that. adam is a sick rider, i have seen him up my local woods. he would have a good chance against alot of othe pros.. Keep shreding.

What a picture! Amazing rider to do that big a drift, and absolutely excellent photographer to get the picture right on time! Look at it, the cloud of dirt is like half on him!
oh yeah, sorry we cant build any huge kickers around here without a weeks worth of work being torn down within two or three days...

07250 is a prick theres people who have made a career out of taking photos ....u have to stand in the right spot need to get the right timing the right camera the right distance its not that easy so why dont u take a photo that gets pod and then say its easy to take photos...f*g

I think it’s a sick the rider got so much tail spray. Top marks for the snapper for pressing the shutter at the right time, but the image quality is technically not that great. I have seen much better on this site.

to slash one like this(and hopefully he carried speed out of it, but regardless) takes soo much more precision, body positioning, and bike placement...
much more technique involved that maaany other aspects of DHing...
so yeah, to slash/cut a berm and pull it off with speed throughout is really hard to do... faar from impossible, but dialing the technique takes so much time
PERSONALLY, i said personally, i'm pretty fast to learn techniques in riding, but it still took me about a year to figure out how to do backside slashes/cutties... i ride regular foot, so backside for me would be a right turn...
then again, i picked it up in about two weeks once i got my new bike and got off my old POS skyscraper...

i live in the heart of North County San Diego, where the riding potential is just AWESOME, but all the cities are too b!tchy about liability and image that thay fence off all the killer spots to ride and patrol them daily...
i f*cking HATE the way this country treats action sports!!!! they b!tch and B!tch about them but never, EVER give us a place to go!
