Beautiful timing, if only it was multishot... Seeing the rim collapse in stages, and watching him bail would make a real good pic.
i dont get how you would land like that, holding the seat and the bars at 90 degrease. unluky. must of been something cool before that
yesterday was the worst pod in weeks, this is the worst pod this summer. this is BS lets see a real pod not some amateur crap with terrible quality. a pod should get you amped to ride, this just pisses me off.

from what i sort of make out in the picture if you look carefully it looks like the branch in the way is actually holding on to him from its hand on the handle bar. but of course it was do to perfectly good timing props for the photographer

huh? this is going to be POD tomorrow? anyways i dont think this is real. like i mean i think he bent the wheel and then after just stood there and took the picture and jumped at the same time. thats why he's holding onto the seat. thats what it looks like to me.
i think wherever pinkbike is located (even though i thought it was america or canada someplace) is maybe ahead in time? like, most of the US is 14 hours behind me here in australia.

Theres no way thats real, he would have to have over cleared that jump by a mile, and he would not be able to hold that much force with one hand, the bars would twist round and snap his hand off. Staged photo, and a waste of a good POD today in my opinion

In my opinion, it doesn't look like he castrated himself on the bars.
Look how far back he's sitting.
He probably got them jammed between the tire ad the frame or smacked on the seat pretty good, and then went tumbling away.

The real trick is that promptly after landing, he rode the bike home and then put it down for throwing a shoe.
People are saying it should be taken by a pro photographer. Well i think that would take away alot of the fun of these PODs. To look at the hilarious picture and read all the comments in the greatest!
