is that where u have diped the frame in wet catritge paper if u know what i mean ?

they lay out a sheet with a camo on it and then u dip your frame in it and the wet ink paper raps around the frame levae it for like a day or two and then u got a new decal its eayser than spray or stickers

its on american chopper if u watch it
