How do you make an action shot HDR?
Do you edit the one shot so it looks like 3 different exposures?

Yeah man, spot on.
I just shoot in RAW so I have more tonal depth to work with than a jpg

Hate to break it to you but that's not a real HDR then, a true HDR is made up of more than one shot but never the less that is an awesome shot mate

I hate to break it to you, but shooting in RAW is like taking multiple jpg's in 1 shot...the tonal depth of a RAW file can cover up to 3 jpg's or more which is what you need to create an HDR. I convert the RAW into 3 or more differently exposed jpg's & create the HDR from that... so it is a real HDR, besides, how else do u suggest I take 3 shots in an instant?
I teach photography & have studied 3D animation for 4 yrs... so have an idea of what I'm doing.
But yeah, thanks... glad you like it. That's the most important, how I got there isn't. Smile

it was a local one.
well so half half.
it was at a mountain bike festival and this event was the red bull freeride.
i think red bull freeride though.
i don't care, they gave all us riders free redbull!
