Ok stop talkin shit....07-08 Kona fully frames suck,but can u show me just ONE 05-06 broken supreme/deelux??? NO I DONT THINK SO! So back of from Kona sucks....some year,some modells yes,but not ALL Konas suck.And comeon with the neg props...this is only the truth,and all u Kona haters,eff off!

i love these kinda pics, just because they show how bad kona truly is, i know i am going to get negative props, but people say norco snaps like twigs but no its kona that snaps really really easlly.
diogoa: the video you probably saw was of a 2002 stinky, and the forks snapped not the frame (i havent seen any other kona breaking on a video)!

i seen a broken 06 santa cruz v-10.... EVERY BIKE SNAPS OR BREAKS at one point... but kona haters are kona haters... there like flies round shit, they don't stop until they get exactly what they want!

yer but the konas snap right in the middle of the front end - and the v10 is mostly linkage! people overtighten them!
not really, if your linkage snapped i think you'll find you would do more than just hit your balls, because the forces required to do something like that are huge, and you will be thrown off your bike either way.
those v10 linkages only broke as people overtighten them! and i would rather my linkage snapped than my front end tbh! just cos you ride a kona , dont try and put it abouve a v10 
When did I ever do that? The point Haarlem and I are trying to make is that any bike can break, with very few exceptions! You might say they break because people overtighten their linkage, but a similar argument could be made about any bike breakage, not just the v10! It's not like v10's are the only bikes that people can overtighten (which i may add isn't actually why those bikes broke).

I am however, fed up with the experience i get on pinkbike with Kona haters who fail to understand that there are actually far more kona's than most other manufacturers' bikes, so it is an inevitability that there will be more broken.
Another problem I have is that the majority of these people are not taking from their own experiences or opinions, but forging their opinions from reading others; and so the trend spreads.

yea, think how many iron horses have snapped compared to konas? yea,the kona outnumber the ironhorse.
dhdan93 - because people seem to have something against kona's when really konas are no more prone to breaking than a lot of other bike manufacturers.
walker13 - im not quite sure what your point is but yes, i have seen broken iron horses... think how many konas there are in the world compared to iron horses?? Plus Iron Horse went bankrupt because the management was corrupt so i don't think buying an Iron Horse would have been a good idea (since they auctioned off the parts and no longer stock anything)

and you can no longer repair them.... so yeah go for an iron horse walker... im sure ill laugh when my kona is replaced and you cant get shit for an iron horse!

Kona admitted their mistakes when they made them most notably the 06 stinky linkage plates were over machined, Kona ran a free replacement scheme whereby those with 06 linkage could get the 07 for free. There is no problem with Kona frames. Just with Kona haters like you.
in actual fact my mate broke an 06/07 stab supreme... BUT they replaced with a shiny new 09 Stab Supreme... how nice!

i've got a kona stab supreme 2007 that has snaped and tbh I wont change bike, and it got snaped cause I love kona cause it's fast and smooth, while jumping I feel like I can land in everywhere I want to have the same "liberty" as a freeride bike so.. the only disavantege is that it's kinda heavy. if the setup it's not quite good
