actually it is a very good time

i rode the track and my mest run was 4 min 54 during the canadian open

and during the world cup they added a section of trail up top

beavola how do you know he is a noob? its true, the girls times are no were even close to the mens. its nothing bad. its just because there isn't a hole lot of girls. maybe 1 or 2 girls for every 100 male riders.

The Mont Sainte-Anne track is quite long and the 20-30 days of rain preceding the event made the place a mudfest. Even the men were relatively slow (4 mins++)
