its being implied that when you downhill bike, you need (2) balls of steel. which i agree with completely. in team, and some individual sports, you need a ball to play (football, soccer, golf, basketball), like, an actual ball, not the ones dangling in your face. biking takes balls (you're probably getting turned on by me saying "balls" so much). you would know if youve ever hit a drop bigger than curb, ripped a jump bigger than you're boyfriends dick, or ridden a trail more hardcore than your mom's bushy vag.

football and downhill are two incomparable sports. Both require different talents which make them great sports.
I think you might find that it is referring to what we call football in england or what you might call soccer, because yes from what I have seen, american football does take balls.

i think they both have their adrenaline rushing moments. Theres nothing like being a saftey and having a 250 pound fullback running straight towards you. same goes for biking theres nothing like hitting a stunt for the first time and the adrenaline rush that goes with it. Just my 2 cents. Bring on the neg props!!!
Don't forget the adrenaline rush you get when get that final putt in but still lose the game to some 70 year old.

haha ive played football for a season and its f*ckin scary getting trucked by 250 lb guys. dh is the best tho
Perhaps not, I played rugby not football, for about the same length of time that I have now been biking and in that time I got injured far more often: my arm was broken, my leg was broken, I had a mild fratcure in the other arm, both my arms were sprained several times, I was knocked out more times than I can remember and this was all before the age of sixteen. I'm not saying that it takes more balls to play rugby than bike I'm just saying taht at times it can be a little scary.
