anyone beleiveing in invisible people is delusional. there is absolutely no proof of this beings existance.
so your a gay christian? does it not say in the bible that all homosexuals should be killed? you are a complete f*ckin idiot.
and you're an ignorant moron.
not all christians believe that homosexuals should be killed, not all christians believe that someone should be stoned for working on a sunday. almost no christians believe that the world was created 4000 years ago by God, the Church itself recognises the theory of evolution.
And as for 'no proof of this beings existence' there are many documentations from Jesus' time saying he existed.
Tacitus, in writing about accusations that Nero burned the city of Rome and blamed it on Christians, said the following:
". . .Nero procured others to be accused, and inflicted exquisite punishment upon those people, who were in abhorrence for their crimes, and were commonly known by the name of Christians. They had their denomination from Christus (Christ, dm.), who in the reign of Tibertius was put to death as a criminal by the procurator Pontius Pilate. . . .At first they were only apprehended who confessed themselves of that sect; afterwards a vast multitude discovered by them, all of which were condemned, not so much for the crime of burning the city, as for their enmity to mankind. . . ." (Tacitus, Annals, 15, 44).
You may not believe that he performed miracles, but he certainly did exist, and he was put to death on a cross.
Now, you may not believe in God, and that's fine with me. But don't try to take my faith and the faith of all the other Christian's on here away.
You, my friend, are the 'complete f*ckin idiot' here.
So, in conclusion,
Lick my balls =]

Here is a example of how your religion is flawed. In the old testament jesus is just a christian follower and has no relation to god whatsoever. However in the new testament jesus is claimed to be the son of god and able to preform miracles. How can you believe in a religion that will blatantly make up facts in order to control its followers?
jesus wasn't in the old testament
you absolute deadshit.
do your research.
as un-christian as this is, i hope you die tomorrow =]

umm i just have a few quick questions about your "faith" as i dont quite understand how an all powerful being can make such massively idiotic mistakes. First how do you explain the passages in the bible stating that the age of the earth is only like 5 thousand years? or the earth being center of this vast universe? seems like your god is one giant retard to me....And how can you put yourself behind a faith that is willing to kill thousands of intelligent women by simply saying they are witches. See i know the answer to that last question, your just a lamb being blindly lead around by a religion created to control the unintelligent and scared
Okay.
The story of the creation of the world? It's a moral story, not one supposed to be taken factually. If you bothered to read what I'd said earlier, you'd notice that I'd pointed out that the Church actually recognises the theory of evolution? And the existence of the solar system etc.
Witch trials? Wrong religion. I'm catholic, not protestant. Nonetheless, the choices of a few gullible, terrified ministers 500 years ago (and this may come as a surprise to a simpleton like you) DON'T actually reflect the decisions of Christian's nowadays?
And yes, I am exactly that. I'm a scared little lamb. And i just love being controlled by the machine. (-- that's actually sarcasm. Thought I should explain, I wasn't sure if you'd be able to figure it out on your own)
Let's not forget that I'm obviously more intelligent than you.
Maybe it's because I'm an optimist? Maybe it's how I was raised? Maybe it's a personal choice and a dedication that I made directly to God, that shouldn't be associated with the extremism of other sects of Christianity?
While you're at it, you should go and blame every follower of Islam for 9/11. Or every Hindu for the bombings in India. Or every Jew for bombing Palestine.
Listen up, buddy. You need to accept that there are people out there brave enough to believe in God, to attempt to have a higher understanding of life. You also need to accept that your pessimistic, cynical view of the matter will be treated with nothing but contempt by those who have made a commitment to God, and you will do nothing to change their minds.
Religion is a beautiful thing, when used correctly. Sure, every religion has extremists, but they don't reflect the views of the cast majority of followers. The New Testament of the Bible (and the Ku'ran for that matter) teach nothing but love, peace, respect, equality, etcetera. Don't try and school me on Bible stuff, I've been studying it since I was a little kid.
I'll level with you cynics who seem so bent on trying to destroy my faith:
I'm not the world's best Catholic. I don't attend Church every sunday, or say Grace before a meal. I'm not trying to defend every single little decision that the Church makes or has made 500 years ago (those are especially irrelevant) as I will sometimes have a problem with them. For example, I'm pissed that my Church won't let women be priests, or priests get married.
However. All these issues have nothing to do with my personal relationship with God.
I hope this clears some of this stuff up for you guys.

it doesnt say in the bible that homosexuals should be killed. and showpony dont tell him that he should be killed cuz thats just un-holy. and btw this picture is blasphemy hahaha
Leviticus 20:13 - And if a man lie with mankind, as with womankind, both of them have committed abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Don't waste my time.
Don't waste my time.
you sure bout that? i thought he loved every one of us and thats why he died for our sins? his crucifixion? its also called repenting.
and its not a waste of time because youre "evangelizing" on a biking website by putting Bible quotes on comment boxes hahaha

man have you read the old testament? he hates us all, he spends most of the bible killing people and screwing people over... if you believe in it personnaly I find more truth and morals in disney cartoons then the bible.
Can everyone please shut the f*ck up. I'm tired of getting notices saying someone replied to your comment. Believe what you believe and stop posting shit. No one cares.
he doesnt hate us all. thats the last thing you should say after you read the Bible. why do you think he was crucified then? he said he was God and all his disciples betrayed him. most of all, it was cuz he loves us. end of story. sorry kinged. i'm just gonna drop this now before a Mod goes ape shit on me
You mean the random guy with the extremely common name that theres no actual substantial proof existed, who claimed he was God and king of the jews, who was put to death, then magically rose from the dead and ascended to heaven? From that book written by the Romans inorder to better control people? That guy? Ya he probably was the son of God born from a virgin, but actually that same God, that makes logical sense...
the Bible is the proof. you just gotta believe in what you believe in. religion is about following the heart to see whats right. but yeah. im jus gonna ignore kinged so i dont lose my temper and make "all" Christians look bad like that person who called a radio stations and expressed his or her hate about why they didnt receive tip. he assumed it was a Christian cuz he left a Bible on the table.
See you lost me again by saying that the book proven to be written by men is proof of your god and his son (which is also him)
well actually he is the son, God, AND holy spirit. 3 things. but yeah we should really drop it before we get threats on how we're gonna get banned
you are missed a fatal flaw - jesus and his disciples were jewish folowers the last supper was passover. then christanity came from judiasm and so did catholism. i forgot what point i was trying to make. just a fun fact to make you think
well if your gonna go there, ill just remind you that jesus is basically a complete rip off of the egyption god horus... just look it up its kinda hilarious... in fact there are several similiar gods sharing the charateristics, jesus is just the latest version, a horus 2.0 really, 2.1 if your mormon lol

Cant belive im hearing this from americans! Way to go. I cant agree with you more. Religion is brainwashing. It is just the fear of the unknown because some people cant except that we dont know all the answers so they make up bullshit stories. The way i think of it is relion came from little kids comforting stories passed down over the years and gradually gullable people have become to believe in it as reality. ITS NOT GET OVER IT!

its funny, this whole religion thing
most ppl dont know that when you say "Amen" that you are accually saying the name of a egyptian god.
so in fact, you are worshiping someone(IMO, who never existed) while saying the name of some other God(that never existed)
and the bible is a whole other story, no pun intended
yes there were scriptures found not enough to make a book the size of the bible, but in a completely diff. language that only a select few could translate.
and there was accually no names on the writings, so someone decided to make a story of some man that could do "miricles".
i hope i kinda cleared things up
but seriously, who the f*ck can turn a rock, in bread, like C'mon
