First; Thank you for the compliment and an appreciative eye for details. I'm just an old guy that still enjoys building and riding one-off contraptions (see my other projects). Also, having machining background, I really have a soft spot for CNC'd billet parts, and Hope's never disapoint. The V2's just completed the all-out "street-machine" motif, yet was a close toss-up between Hope's 6-piston caliper for the meanest look. I opted for simplicity. Being 6'-6" and 270 pounds, they're not a complete waste. :-)
Thanks! I'm going to estimate around 35-37 pounds. The 2-1/2" wide rear wheel weighs quite a bit by itself. I bought most of my equipment "used", but have always had access to other equipment via my work. If I didn't, it's very expensive to get parts machined even in the USA.
This is posibly the sexiest street bike ever!!
