I'm guessing the heli's just idling since its landed, so they won't be going mega fast

yeah, that fact that the rotors dont spin too fast when its idling. also because its such a brightt day that the cameras shutter speed will be super fast.

Actually, a helicopter's rotors are spinning quite quickly even at idle. Many pilots do not even allow you to exit the aircraft until the rotors are spinning so slowly your eyes can keep track of the individual blades.
