Yes i have photoshop and have been using it since i was 12, i opend this file in photoshop zoomed in, and what you pointed out, the disc isnt infront of the fork, the "chunk missing" is called gravel, i also used the lasso tool to move the front wheel over the back showing they are of the same size.
I really dont see why anyone would speand so much time doing somthing as stupid as making a bike smaller...
from what you are saying, it proves your lack of photoshop knowledge and you responce proves your maturity.
