This picture is from Car & Driver Magazine article on the STI, they tested an STI back in 04 and took this wicked picture for the article. Love it. I have never had my Subbie that dirty but pretty close.
if they got sideways at 90 they'd be done, they do slow down for curves you know, and i'd say thrilling more than scary

no sense at all because AWD is alot diffrent from 4x4 and id rather take the truck you look like a pussy going mudding in that car
awd and 4X4 are the same thing you dumbass, it means 4 wheel drive, all the wheels are connected to the engine
look like a pussy when you actually use the potential of the car. or you can look like a gear queer when you jack your truck up 6 inches and never take it off road just to try to make up for the fact that you have a small dick.

No 4WD and AWD are not the same. 4 Wheel drive is what the truck has(no computer controlling the diffs). AWD is what the STI has, a computer splits the torque at the diffs seperately so they can control any wheel spin.
i think you look more like a f*cking pussy driving the jacked up Avlanch around town keeping the truck clean compared to someone who actually used the STI to it's potentials

Well thats not so true actualy. 4WD is never completely 4WD unless you have a front and rear locker. AWD is like part time 4WD with a traction control system. That simple and that Avalanche couldn't do more that curb without braking. Those trucks aren't meant for offroad.

Actually the truck on the left is not All Wheel Drive, it's 4-Wheel Drive. AWD and 4WD have different gear ratios and are designed for different speeds and handling.
i know, we love offroading at my family, but i was browsing nasioc and i found this and it was awsome so i put it here
