yes to both, they've used more or less the same frame design for several years now sadly

The bike looks like a fricking tank on wheels with suspension. A little too much bike for me, Kona is where it is at simple plush and flowy design.

is it the shockwave 8 or 9.5, The new shockwave 8 is awesome, lower bottom braket for the 2009, sick bike, change the sit post though, cuz it's the only thing that makes it look ugly.
