wow is that 09 or 10
it better come with frame bumpers because it would not look nearly as good if you had to zip-tie an old tube on for a bumper. im assuming they just took them off for the picture
aha i bet ima get negg props for saying my opinion, but i dont like the looks of this fork, im sure it feels so nice, but just my opinion
would've been better if it said "firetr" on the stanchions, and "uck" on the lowers...that way, when you bottom, well...
mark523 they do come with bumpers. http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/2667955/. i want a pair of these but i need to save up
. my 05 boxxer world cups will do for now.

Oh, i love the writing on the stanchions, pure beauty. And im sure they are amazing, all the top guys like Peat, Rennie, Hill, Minaar have been running this fork this year, so im sure they will have it tuned to perfection by the time it comes out, with all the data from the WC circuits!
Boxxers are THE reference in DH Racing. I have to belive that this new model is probably better.
But ,Rock Shox have been saying that the Boxxer didnt really needed some work since it was already pretty close to perfection.
i can understand the bigger stanchions , but personnaly , i always loved those smaller ones , i think that some , like the Fox 40 , looks just to bulky , heavy for nothing.
i love my 08 Team , but that probably what i will be putting on my next DH bike.
cant go wrong whit a Boxxer , lets hope this new one is even better.

with a larger diameter the metal they use can be substantially thinner without sacrificing any strength.
which was a really good idea on their part.

na the 40's responsiveness kick the rockshox's ass out of the park,it runs on titanium springs and air ,no oil...there harder to bottom out and have thicker sanchons...but the RKSX do's look very nice this year..

The fork looks great, it has been a long time since rockshox changed the boxxer. It sure makes me want to do some downhilling.

Finally RS decided to get thick bars and stanchions... hopefully will not crack or break as my other boxxers
sure is one of the best fork in the market, but not another white i hate this and is not very original!
so horrible ! i hate them . the vinyls are gd tho the way it goes on the posts then to stantions but still not very nice forks
the best forks for DH alot of the top DH riders use em and swear by them team syndicate does and sam hill does to
I find the '10 Boxxer Team(black)nicer than the world cup. Only reason being that the hideous graphics are less visible on the Team. To bad they didn't pair a great performing fork with nice graphics. In the end its the ride that matters though.
