you know what i mean, big fully low down in a berm dont get me wrong its a great shot but there all starting to look the same
thanks, but I really don't care... if ur bored with them why don't u go take shots u like & leave the rest of us who like these shots alone...
oh rad, then i'm gonna be super stoked with my new lens!
once that SOB gets here that is
not even a fisheye, just a basic 14mm wide angle
how far was the camera placed back from the berm? maybe 4 or 5 feet?

just about, only the guy building it has ridden/tested it before, so is the 1st visitor there, but the trail is still under construction & quite far from finished

Thanks man, is just from the re size PB does, check it here http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/onblack.php?id=2846508983&size=large
Thanks man, yeah... number 2. Amped, gonna have to do more non-race shoots & hopefully get some more
haha
Thanks man, normally don't like having the flashes in shot, but with the fisheye it tricky to have the lighting the way u want & not get 'em in, so I decided to make them part of the shot. I shot this with my D70, but also have a D200, but was using that for the longer shots on this shoot.

I was checking this photo set out yesterday, these are some great pics, I think this is the only one that has a rider wearing a brain bucket though!
Thanks man, glad u like 'em! still have quite a few to add to this.
Yeah, Bennet had his lid on the whole time, but they were just sessioning this berm for shots, so weren't doing anything heavy, but could still get nailed anyway.

Haha, I'm the wrong guy to ask... I just take the pics
His bike is a Raleigh, but not sure about the rest.

Thanks. not much I can do about that tho, I have LOADS!! of BMX, dirt jumping, DH & freeride pics on here & this is what was chosen, so out of my hands... just happy to have a pic as POD, don't really mind what it's of.
Kick ass, another ericpalmer POD. Congrats dude, you seem to be one of the most popular picture snappers on here. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep my eyes open. I like the fact that you respond to most of the comments, you are the people's photographer. Respect Mr. Palmer.
Thanks man, am amped!
Will do... we are getting into summer on this side of the world so will be loads more to come!
Haha, yeah... glad some ppl appreciate the replies.

Ericpalmer, your pictures are absolutely amazing. Your albums are just packed with awesome shots. You make looking at pictures on pinkbike worthwhile man. Props.
Awesome photo by the way, I love how smooth that berm looks to rail, no wonder its dubbed the G spot. Hit it right, and make er' scream.

Yeah, thanks man... I don't choose which shot gets POD, so why get all anal with me about it, if I wanna shoot with a fisheye in a berm that's my choice. Why take a pic then... I've seen 1 000 000 landscape shots with mountains & reflections & macro's of flies & flowers... the list goes on... so we should all just leave our cams at home or move to another planet to get something new?!? Some lil kid just wants some attention & a break from surfing porn coz he's tired of playing with himself & needs to jerk something else around. Sad lil boy...
good on ya, keep up the sicpic / trail work, and very cool you comment back to those deserving your time!!!

is HDR high-def resolution, the shot does look incredible the clarity and smoothness is unbelievable
something like that, it's High Dynamic Range. Basically can get more detail in the shadow & highlight area's of the shot. Thanks, glad u like!
