yes it is and 400 is my lowest jsut cause the guy said he sells them for 800 at his shop

outbound cycle in kelowna for 2500 the frame with a dhx 5 air is 2100 and i already have a dhx 5 on it just waiting for a new stem and my fork to come in till i take updated pics
