Get your order in now, SC says they'll be shipping in January, but the first run will sell out in a month or so.

it is way lighter than the old Jackal. i think they should've made this a whole new bike line as opposed to remodeling the jackal. i loved the old frame design and this is sick too, but the jackal is known for the "hump". so, that;s my two cents.

flag iggz (Oct 1, 2008 at 20:12)
the old jackal was lame, all the aptos pro's all like the new one

flag smeckma (Apr 3, 2009 at 12:33)
Apparently, some people could not get on with the hump and they just decided to get rid of it. I know it was kind of a hallmark, but this has been feautured in a video.

flag smeckma (Apr 3, 2009 at 12:40)
I quite agree. It has been said in the forum the bike now looks like any other one, but if you come to think of it, that is precisely what a bike should look like, so there is no need to make such statements is it? Bikes should look like bikes.
