I think its fine if you don't like bmx and the people that ride them, but no one needs to know what you think of them if you don't have anything nice to say shut your mouth.

just wondering did he land it or was it a bail?

its their choice, as long as they don't complain about getting hurt and eating through a straw let them do what they want

same is do you wear a seatbelt in a car?
do you wash your hands after leaving the bathroom?
do you shower daily?
do you put jam on your toast or leave it plain?

I personally don't wear a helmet on my local trails that I have been riding for over 10 years, if I fall and crack my head and have to drink through a straw I won't complain about it. It will suck that I can't ride but, it will be my fault I won't blame others.

I do how ever wear a helmet in park or trying new thing, but if I've had something dialed for up to 10 year I don't really see why I need one.....true there are freak accidents but I'm willing to risk it.

btw if you don't wear a seat belt you can't complain about dieing though if you do then you can, same with the helmet thing if I did I could complain about how it didn't save my life yet with out it I don't have any say just that I should've had one on.

yeah but this dont look like a daily rutine Razz and helmet might be very usefull here. Ofcourse its your choice, but as u said you are experienced rider (10years). The problem is that many kids with no skills at all also dont use them, cause they are stupid or fallowing pros who dont use them. And sometimes eaven easiest things may go wrong, you never know when u will need it.

Im pretty comfortable with my trails, and i feel i can ride them well aswell, but whats the point in 'risking it' ? It doesnt hurt to wear one does it? Its not like, by putting on a helmet you suddenly lose all biking skill do you? I know its his choice, but when hes in a wheel chair, someone has to look after him, or when hes in hospital, someone has to treat him.

Its f*cking stupid really.
