because dude.. I've bought things online, and on pinkbike that aren't what they say they are. So if your paintjob is shitty I'm going to make sure people know what they're gettting.... thats why. In one word it's called... HONESTY.
The only quality way to paint a frame is to strip it all the way down, sandblast it, powdercoat it, then you have to have a special tool to re-surface the edges of places like your headtube and bottom bracket and where your brakes mount to your frame.... So if that's how you did it....then yes, it's a quality paint job.

If you want to see the quality of his paintjob, check out the picture of his cranks. there's paint in everything. There's probably paint in his pivots, bearings... you name it.
