super sick! i would prefer 26's though, but thats just my opinion i guess, how much did you get that frame for? i think they are like $700-750 on their site
  • + 0
flag jonnyfaulkner (Jan 17, 2009 at 9:54)
yea they are. i paid £600 here in the UK got slaughtered on tax and sutff.

flag brandonf (Jan 17, 2009 at 10:03)
so you ordered it from them directly from the US?
cause I am in Canada so I would have to do something similar, but the Canadian $ is like .80 against the American and with duty at the border and shipping, it would be well over a thousand dollars for me!

flag jonnyfaulkner (Jan 17, 2009 at 10:15)
yep. i paid about $1000 to superco. without tax. tax was $240 i think.

you get what you pay for!

flag brandonf (Jan 17, 2009 at 10:19)
ya, definitely, but I'm only 14 and i dont have a job, so $1000 plus tax is a little much for just a frame, haha, I really like the NS majesty though, and its a little cheaper at $650 Canadian

flag azonicryder55555 (Feb 5, 2009 at 15:38)
not on most forks but marzochii put like 4 layers of paint on. ive seen the 09 dj1 lose .5 pounds from stripping it

flag keith24mtb (Feb 6, 2009 at 4:55)
whoa i have the 08 dj1 i might strip it when its really scratched up and see if it makes a difference Smile lol

flag azonicryder55555 (Feb 6, 2009 at 14:52)
yeah your right it looks cooler. but marzochii has like 2 coats of primer 2 coats of paint and a clear coat
  • + 1
flag jonnyfaulkner (Feb 7, 2009 at 3:16)
yea ive said that before. well actually they have some like black anodized layer then some strange hard primer which does not come of with nitromorse. then normal primer and a thick powdercoat.
