Who cares if it's a few feet short. 20 or 23, unless you're there to measure the drop, take the guy's word for it. In any case, it's a nice drop and a good pic.

it might be the angle... but we dropped a measuring tape down the landing and it read perfeclty 23 feet.. bearly like 2 " off... the landing is smooth gravel but if ya wipes out it can hurt... well i wiped the 5th time and got up fine
