McCain wanted to put off paying the national debt for years and years. Obama wants to increase taxes for people who already have plenty of money so he can pay off the national debt. Now I can understand that if you are rich you would choose mccain because you would end up with more money in your pocket. But From a middle class perspective obama's plan makes much more sence. Plus republican are generaly the people who think that america is invincable but with a crappy economy we are an easy target. Under McCain's plan in about 10 years china would have bout America.
