hey nice bike, whats the frame?would you be interested in a lightly used juicy 7?im selling it cheap cause i need other bike parts ,pm me if youre interested ,thanks
nah,but cheers for the offer have a 08 hope mono mini for sale if u want?haha gone brakless much better.
aahh ok ,btw did you ever had to stop suddenly, what do you do in that case?i ride bmx brakeless and 100%confident ,but mtb i dunno
just the same realy, put your feet down ha.i only run it for park and street, dirt defo needs a brake.but its alot smoother and you have to commit just though it round like a bmx
no prob and to get the fork that low did you cut the spring or something and have you heard any clanking noises because mine have been a 55mm
yeah only a little bit, just took the top of the spring didnt want to cut it to much as i want them pritty hard.yeah i did but those forks do it,its the spring hiting the inside of the stantion easy way to sort it is to,get an racing bike innertube something like a 700c presta, and cut it to the length of ur spring, put it over the spring stops them bashing agaisnt each other.make sure u use a 700c tube as they are nice and tight on the spring and dont slide off inside the fork.hope that helps.
ok thanks i allready used the top bit on the spring to lower them ill try the tube thing in the week probs thanks!
yeah thats what i used orinaly, then just got a pair of old bars and cut the end off ad used that as a spacer.also if there topping out, thuding slighlty as they come up that can be due to the spring being to long fot the amount lowered them, just trim it down a little.no worries buddy
nah its not when they come up i realised in town earlier i didnt put the srink wrap back on lol im retarded
ye i know but ill put the tube thing back over it next week when i lower them for the 5th time i think or is it the 6th not to sure there
haha,i only did mine twice once to 55mm then to 45,tried to go to 40 but i couldnt be arsed to cut the spring down 5mm wasnt worth it.
sweet bike this is exactly like i am trying to build 26 inch wide bars low fork nice props on the build
