Correct. this was at the first round of the Nationals series in Australia. sam hill actualy broke something in quali, but they still let him ride down just before the elites to keep all the fans happy.

broke his bike... a deraler i think. and no he didn't win. with the time he did on his demonstration run, he would have come second (i think), but because he didn't qualify, i didn't count.

the "XER" on the stanchion is the sag markings for the sag weights. it's just something cool rockshox came up with, instead of using a cable tie you can use the spacings on the "XER" on the stanchions

yeah, the stanchions say "box" and then the fork legs say "xer"
