i for one disagree on bothsides. Both of these candidates dont follow the constitution, which is our highest law. If McCain won, he still would have the same exact policies as obama because both of them are just puppets for the richest people in the world. Polotics is important. We need to decide the people who will control our country for however many years. I for one would have voted for obama if I was old enough. Obama is NOT a muslim! He has attended the same christian church for something like 15 or 20 years , and he has publicly said, what his EX-pastor (oh pastor, christian church) is not the opinions or decisions of him or his up and coming administration. He WON so McCain can get outta town. If you sat down during the campaign and compared what McCain and Obama wanted to do with the Economy anyone but an idiot would see that McCains plan would have only put America in deeper debt, by keeping tax cuts up at the top of the economic scale, keeping tax cuts on those who need them the least. Obama's stimulus package has been hailed by pretty much all economic analysts as a smart choice for America, the road building and infrastructure overhaul will create millions of jobs, putting lots of money back into the system and gradually rebuilding the credit system from all the extra industry and public spending. As for Democrats taking back the senate, well good for them, Democrats holding senate majority does not spell out COMMUNISM, it simply shows that when the republicans were in control they did a poor job. This is a switcheroo election year, when one party does poorly for a long time the other party is often voted into power for change.
CHANGE- means a new direction, away from the last eight years of Bush administration misdirection, he is going to maximize government efficiency and tax those who can afford it, especially huge corporations who can deal with it, not local business' that truly help america on the level that matters most: local. This does not mean that those families who make less will have no taxes, all will have taxes just like now, the tax system will simply be more proportional to earnings. Also Obama's health care plan is a wise move, The United States has one of the worst healthcare systems in the industrialized world. Last I saw the list we were rated behind countries many people probably haven't even heard of. Obama will make it so everybody has access to the federal health plan, if that isn't what your employer chooses then there will be a slight payroll tax on companies who do not provide it to help the government provide it to all.
