it took a while to do mate about 3 days or so. after striping all the paint off i used wire wool to take the small bits of paint off. then used a finner grade wire wool to take out the small scratches which took forever, when all the small scratches are completely gone i used a very fine grade wire wool to give a shine to the frame and then finally used a powered buffing tool with a bit of chrome polish to get the mirror effect, which gives the shine.
