Heck mine has 6 of fury. Fords small engines are more than enough for what we need.

Only thing ya need to tend to is the rear end. How much travel are you pushing? Still on leaf springs?

I was thinking about a long travel 4x4 setup for my truck but since the mud is an hour away and the sand is 3 hours away going with a solid front makes fun easier to obtain.

I put some Bilstein shocks, flipped the shackle hangers, and added a custom leaf pack in the rear. Can't be pulling more than 10 inches of travel, but it rides much better than before. It would be nice to link the rear, but I don't have 5 grand to throw away...
