I'm a video producer bro... a screen shot is just as much a pic / photo as a photo. All a photo is is a Still image taken from either a camcorder or camera.

varteco a picture is a still frame or image (like what t3h1337r said). when u take a screenshot from a movie it is a frame, making it a PICTURE!. So it is a real picture cause it is not moving is it.

I believe the correct way to say it is either being a Videographer (which your the camera man, and generally the editor as well), or a movie editor (which you crunch all day on a program like vegas).
So again, a image of a video is still a picture because it's not moving. There is no FPS to it.

Perhaps the camerna was focused on the train while taking the shot, making the moving target (bike) out of focus.
