WOW some people are just plane stupid.

We can rule out that it's Jesus' bike because he was a carpenter and would probably have a wooden bike. So the only logical answer is that this man is a wizard and we should be so lucky that he is using his powers for doing weightless manuals over water instead of turning us all to stone.
