and thats when the famous Kona head tube goes "CRACK"
yes suckafreedmr the VERY famous kona heattube "CRACK"
if he continues like that hes going to be eating dirt when the frame seizes up.
and its a pretty good shot.

i bmx soo... on a DH bike are the pedals supposed to touch the ground? :S jk
f*ck'n shitty deal man hope you didn't eat shit TOOOO badly
no the pedals are not meant to hit the ground. when u bottom out they get very close like that pic. but he is not bottoming out.
i got a stab.. yeah they do snap often and there is alot of photos but how many stabs are sold per year roughly, how many snap... bet its not every 0.5% so chances are quite small... some people dont have a shed load of cash to pay out on a dh bike so konas are good to start on i think..
iron horse yakuzas are rughly the same price and in all fareness kona are good but you dont take a chance
its simple, the kona is better than the yakuza and the kona frames are on lifetime warenty so i think lewis is right.
Stab Supremes 2008 are £3000 and the best Yakuza is only £1400 so how is that roughly the same price ?
well when i was looking for a dh bike at evans, i had 2000 maximum and i choose my stab because is has 888 forks (really plush mint to ride), 8 inchs of travel to plough through things
, good chain device, good brakes, nice size...
it pedals awesome and people who have amazing bikes but aint that quick i think are wasting there time, im slow yeah but im a beginning on basically a beginner bike.. when im doing good and need a new bike i will upgrade.
Not everyone has alot of money to throw into biking especially when u got to pay most of it yourself...

dont care what anyone says, i own a stab and love the thing to death its so easy to wip around and shit, sure the headtube snaps, but like the guys said above compared to how many buy them the percent is not high, snapping frames have alot to do with riding them sure, i love the saying if your not breaking it your not riding hard enough, but when you case like this pic ( wicked pic by the way) any headtube any bike is going to flex like that get the same pic with a different bike and i guarentee it will flex, dont rip on a bike until you ride one
