We should all be showing some love for the POD; unless it's truly garbage.

RESPECT to the rider!! Regardless of which way he's flipping.
*****For the record, any true rider that's hit jumps in his life knows this... YOUR BODY FOLLOWS YOUR HEAD! You can't 360 if you don't look over your shoulder, and you can't flip unless you pull/push your head. Also, you can NOT spin in the opposite way your heads turned. It stops the rotation.
Lastly, unless you are use the "force", or are totally in tune with nature. You need to "spot" your landing (Look where you're going)and as you can see from the pic above; he's doing just that. His head is arched back (i.e. BACKFLIP)and he's "spotting" the landing he's coming into. If this were a front flip, his head would be leaned forward.

You don't need to look over your shoulder to do a 360, just when you are learning to do one. Once you figure it out you just need the balls not to look. That said, it'd be pretty hard not to look on a flip....which this obviously is.
