this picture's amazing
come on guys, this is alot better than the pods we were getting 3-4 days ago. the only thing i can complain about is the top of the helmet is out of focus on the rider. its a cool shot.
To squamishturtle, pro photagraphers have thousands of chances, and take hundereds of photos each event, so its not that impressive, and if this was an amature, he was in the corner for a while, not just took one picture, and seeing how close he was, he probably had a press shirt on, so therefore (along with his own website), he's a pro photographer, so for someone with that skill, its not that hard to take a picture like this.

great photography, but it just doesnt seem POD worthy. I dont know why, it just doesnt attract me. I'll give you props on getting this shot, but it isnt eye catching.

dont get me wrong, the pic quality is great, but the skill/action in the photo is not up to par with other pod's
cutiehamster, calm down. chances are, the person who posted the pic deleted your comment because they didnt like it. stop complaining, your being an ass.

I gotz them wheels !! - they are lush but not very well built by the factory! get them taken apart and put back together by an expert!

i think the first comment on any pod should be the mods explaining why they think it deserves to be pod. maybe they see something that we don't.

Well framed and great static rider against blurred background, essence of speed is well captured, but the backdrop could be tidier. I know sometimes we don't have much to work with, but that's where the effort needs to go in finding a clear spot which can make or break.
I personally think this pic is awesome. Great clarity on the rider, sick bike, and a speedy berm. I don't see how you can do better, I mean every pic can't be some huge perfect gap or dialed world cup dh pic. Props for good photography

the pods havent been good and that need to be like pictures of dialed tricks or huge drops, something that makes you say I wish I could do that kinda trick.
i know i agree with mgrider like all it is, is a guy going down a hill fast like my grandmother could do that haha

Y is it a good POD? Nothing hard bout this at all...PODs should show excpetional skill and really hard huge gaps or tricks not just a corner taken at speed

U don't see many 4X pics for POD. Huge air and tricks are nice but diversity is better. Im glad to see a pic like this chosen.
