so im pretty shure this looks like the flood gates at hoover dam but i have been known to be wrong so not shure.
this isnt what it is (may be) but if the top one pointed up..to the sky. then it could be a rocket launcher site thing. where the flames go down and round the tunnel? maybe?
The camera has been tilted slightly. If you look at the water in the pipe, it is not in the middle, water wouldnt be travelling along one side.
why doesnt someone photoshop one in? haha
ok yeah this is not the flood gates from hoover. one the hoover is not in UK, two i think the gates are wya larger.
tilt your head so that the pic is no longer tilted, and then look at the water stains and the lower pipe, its either an onion, or a small fat example of the female genitals

No helmet pods vods ARE possible, It can happen if its a pic that is insanely awesome and they are not boosting 30 feet out of a quarter.

Excellent location and well captured, but I think this shot would be so much better as a landscape crop of the almost bottom-third of the frame. I know what you're trying to do with the top-right but I don't think it brings anything to the shot and, if anything, detracts from the rest of the photo and the main subject, the rider.
I think the pipe fading to black with the rider foreground already fills the frame and has some great leading lines and highlights to capture the eye. The rest is superfluous.

hmm i think he looks higher than he really is because of the angle, but its still a very very very nice picture mate
