dude i think that the skyline's engine is plenty powerful and they're hard to find..

actually, 2gzgteT will be fast too, also an rb26dett, sr20det, ej20/22/25t, 4g36T and the list goes on... some of these engines are easier to tune and cheaper to tune than a v8 and you can reach to 1000HP with them too

No you can't. If you want 1200+ HP out of a Skyline engine, you neeto fully build just about every part on and in it. Everything from a race blueprinted block that has also been stengthened, to new, much bigger turbo's pushing a total of around 25-35 PSI of boost. You also need to very hevily strengthen the whole drivetrain if you want it to live anywhere into the boost.

Yea but turbos kinda suck, superchargers are much better because they put out power constantly and with turbos you have to wait for the boost to rise and you never get a full charge its just a quick little spurt of power, but depending on the PSI and number of turbos it could be fairly even to a supercharger. Just sayin.
