There was a big topic about this on another forum. So in the end some one emailed minaar and minaar replied with this.

"The reason is because I use Sinted pads on the front brake and organic on the rear brake.

I don't know why but I drag my rear brake quite a bit which causes the rear brake to over heat. The organic pads are more heat resistant but don't have the bite the sinted pads have, so that is why I use a bigger rotor on the rear to get the same bite."
