actually looks like a 32 because it has the 15mm thru-axle. am i correct?

flag simcik (Feb 4, 2009 at 17:34)
36 Float, not a 32, it has a 20mm through axle on it, the 15QR looks quite a bit differently on the right side of the fork and does not have the QR's on the front of the fork like the 36s do.

what more can you even add to get it lighter? that spec list is already ridiculous. only thing that would be noticeably lighter is if you got a new seat/post combo.

Ya well also i need to change the rims too and and the chain

flag boxxerman (Feb 6, 2009 at 16:42)
keep the rims, you won't get anything stronger for the weight. they are really light too.

yeah i really like my bike. the final build is a little different than in the pictures. got different grips, and changed out the seatpost and handle bars after this pic was taken because they weren't the right ones. dnz got my build kit pretty close to what i gave them but not exactly right. even now it isn't fully correct but close enough since i was having to ship parts back and forth from the shop. it actually weighs a little less now, closer to 34lbs even. and the rear shock has been holding up great. i also added red and white transition stickers

the stem is a transition temple lite stem. it's awesome. it doesn't have any of the parts that azonicryder55555 listed. i'm curious when geminiwarrior02 rode it? it would have needed to be way before jan of '09 and probably at the shop because it wasn't anywhere near there at the time. but geminiwarrior02 is right, it is really smooth...
