haha when i first seen the thumbnail it lookedlike it was a regular bike and his frotn tire flew off when he ht the jump
my internet was going slow, and the pic loaded from the top down.
the first thing i saw was a really blurry rider, and i thought it was going to be "one of those" pods

i wonder how much that thing weighs and great idea. only thing is if u stack u have 3 times more distance to fall.
yh its crazy, yh its cool... but the quality is so rubbish you can barely make out whats happening? not POD worthy.
more like.... why the hell did this blurry thing get pod, sure the bike looks pretty crazy.....but the picture quality is crap!

Yea he was fast on it and he has hucked off 8 footers! His head is around 14 feet from the ground when he stands! It only weighs 57 lbs too. Its crazy watching him on it. I rode up on him in practice when he had to slow down for a kiddie and it was freaky looking. I do not know how he rides it. Even one of the craziest fastest pros I know said never in a million years would he race that thing!!! Scary thing is that he has riden bigger ones!
And some people could care less with what other people think about them and/or their setup. Think about THAT.

I assure it is not a photo shop I helped him lugg the beast in and out of the shuttle truck more than once. I almost crashed into him on the trail once too during practice. It is definitely real!
Go to jandwebevents.com follow through to Icycle DH race and go to DH practice photos and there are more of him in action on it! Practice was in the day and the race was at night. Super tough on an otherwise easy course!

He must go thought the course with a chainsaw first, to clip all the branches in his face. This is lame. I cant' believe someone spends time doing this. Headwinds must be especially tough. This should NOT be POD.
