you crashed right after the photo mate and u didnt set the shot up. it was natural lighting and alex just stood and took the photo...

Yup, I did crash! Well done. Have a chocky biccy.

Yes, I did set up the shot - camera was set to manual focus, manual exposure, flash set to manual power and zoom. Lighting was off camera flash - SB-26 on tripod, high and to camera right, firing in front of rider at somewhere about45 degrees triggered optically via on-camera SB-28. Check the shadows, if that's natural lighting, I stayed upright and rode it out!

Also, Alex didn't 'just stand and take the photo' - he stood bang in the right spot and nailed the timing!
